Move more mum!

There's no single position that's the best. Changing position gives your baby opportunity to move into the best position for the next part.

 

Remember, if you can move your hips. Your baby can move more easily.

Distract.

In the early stages of labour, distraction can keep you on track. That might be trying to doze, watching a box set, listening to a relaxation track, colouring...
